You have never once been unable to help someone.
You have only ever been unable to charge them for it.
If your calendar fills up with conversations you'd call "quick favours" — the call that runs long, the draft you reviewed for free — the problem was never your expertise. Expertise to Enterprise is a four-step method for finding out whether people will pay for it, before you build anything to sell them.
Modules 0 and 1 are built and live now. Modules 2–4 get built with active Foundation Course participants, not for them.
Most advice on monetising expertise solves the wrong problem.
It starts with the offer. The actual block usually isn't a missing product — it's one of three conditions, and until you know which one, effort in the wrong place doesn't compound.
Nothing concrete to convert toward
Your expertise isn't packaged into a named, priced offer yet. There's nothing for a conversation to convert toward, no matter how good the conversation is.
No mechanism to say yes to
No booking link, no clear next step, no defined entry point. Even a willing client hits a dead end trying to become a paying one.
Discounting before being asked
Years of being rewarded for generosity don't unwind on their own. The offer and the booking link exist, and the price still apologises for itself.
Is this actually you?
Fifteen questions across three conditions — Ready, Available, Willing — twenty-five points each. The same instrument used in the 1:1 Expertise Architecture engagement, scored the same way. Eight minutes, and it isn't a lead magnet dressed up as a diagnostic.
- Scores all three RAW conditions independently
- Tells you honestly if this isn't the right next move yet
- No cost to find out before you pay for anything
The expensive question you're already answering for free
The Conversation Audit, applied as a standalone exercise. Document every unpaid expertise transaction over a set window — categorised by type, frequency, and what it would have cost the person on the other end to get the same answer elsewhere. No action required yet. Just honest documentation.
- Names the one recurring question that costs something real if unsolved
- Turns a guess about your offer into a documented pattern
- Produces the one sentence your offer gets built around
"How do I know if this positioning will actually hold up once I put a price on it?"
This is where it stops looking like a normal course.
Two more steps before Modules 2–4 exist, and both happen with you, not to you.
Invite — you enrol, not wait
A real pricing probe, then an actual payment — £297 via Stripe or ₦190,000 via Selar. Open entry, no waitlist. Money on the table is the only signal precise enough to build around.
Design — with the group
Modules 2–4 — Offer Architecture, the Conversion Script, Booking Infrastructure — built in scheduled sessions with active Foundation Course participants, rolling rather than capped.
When you need more
If Modules 0–4 surface something that needs direct, personal building — not a group format — the 1:1 Scaffold is the next step. Apply, then a paid diagnostic session — the fee counts toward the engagement if you continue.
Built on itself
This page exists because Step 2 — Announce before it exists — is being run on the course itself, in front of you.
Experts who've answered the question a hundred times for free.
A belonging problem
Academics and researchers — generosity with knowledge is a virtue in the scholarly community, and charging risks partial exclusion from it.
An acceptance problem
Coaches, therapists, helping professionals — the fear of being seen as caring more about money than the person in front of them.
A recognition problem
Thought leaders and content creators — known for giving valuable thinking away, and a price risks the identity built through free contribution.
Often all three at once
Global South professionals in particular face a compound version, per RAW's KAP-BAR extension — this method was built to name that precisely, not generically.
One low-entry course. One premium tier, once you've named what you're building.
The Foundation Course is priced to make yes easy for any academic or professional, West or Africa. The 1:1 Scaffold is where the real depth — and the real margin — lives, once you know exactly what you need built.
Paying in pounds runs through Stripe. Paying in naira runs through Selar. Pick the block that matches your currency — both unlock the same course.
Expertise to Enterprise
Module 0 and Module 1, plus your seat in the founding-price probe and the Invite/Design stages that build Modules 2–4. Open entry — no application, no seat cap tied to this tier.
- Module 0 — the RAW self-score (live now)
- Module 1 — the Conversation Audit (live now)
- A seat in the founding-price probe itself
- Scheduled, documented co-design sessions for Modules 2–4
Personal Support
For experts who've completed the Foundation Course and need direct, personal support building their specific offer — the same depth as the 1:1 Expertise Architecture engagement, scoped to Expertise to Enterprise.
- Everything in the Foundation Course
- Direct 1:1 sessions building your Offer Architecture and Conversion Script
- Priority access to Booking Infrastructure setup
Before you enrol
£297 and ₦190,000 aren't a straight currency conversion of each other — ₦190,000 is deliberately priced below what £297 converts to at the market exchange rate, the same purchasing-power-adjusted approach used by comparable programmes built for both Western and African markets. The Foundation Course is meant to be genuinely accessible to any academic or professional turning expertise into enterprise, not priced against one region's income only.
The 1:1 tier is by application, after the Foundation Course, for people who've already confirmed they need direct personal support. At that stage the market comparable is the existing £1,800–£2,500 1:1 Expertise Architecture rate, not a volume-entry price — so it isn't PPP-discounted the way the Foundation Course is. This mirrors how comparable dual-market programmes price their own premium tiers.
You fill in a short application. If it looks like a fit, you'll be invited to a paid diagnostic session to talk through what you actually need built — that fee counts toward your Scaffold engagement if you go ahead afterward, so you're not paying twice. There's no public checkout button for the full Scaffold price; it's confirmed directly with you once the diagnostic session has happened.
If you're paying in pounds, use the Stripe button. If you're paying in naira, use the Selar button. Both unlock the same Foundation Course — Module 0 and Module 1 immediately, plus your seat in the pricing probe and the Invite/Design stages. Selar is used for naira payments because it's built for the Nigerian market specifically, the same platform used elsewhere in this ecosystem for naira-priced products.
It's a directional founding price, not yet confirmed by real survey data. Quoting a firm number before asking the actual market would contradict the method this course teaches — the figures shown are built from comparable programme pricing (including a purchasing-power comparison against Tekedia Institute's own dual-priced mini-MBA), and get tested properly via a Van Westendorp pricing probe run separately for West and Africa respondents once people complete Module 0.
The co-design stage only works if it's a real working session, not a webinar. Twenty is the ceiling for that to stay true — a design constraint, not a marketing device.
Then Expertise to Enterprise isn't the right next move for you yet, and the self-score will tell you which of the three conditions to address first instead. There's no cost to finding that out before you pay for anything.
Start where the method starts.
Module 0 takes eight minutes and costs nothing. It's also the only honest way to know if the rest of this is for you.
